Capital Safety, designer and manufacturer of height safety and fall protection equipment, has launched a new range of its Delta™ Comfort harnesses.
The company say that this latest design incorporates many of the features of the original range as well as shoulder, back and leg padding and vent windows to reduce the risk of suspension trauma by allowing for direct air contact and better circulation.
According to Capital Safety, attention to detail around durability is one area that distinguishes the Delta™ Comfort harness, with coated, corrosion-resistant hardware, and water-repellent and abrasion resistant webbing.
They add that functionality is provided with the patented triangular design which gives the harness a shape of its own, allowing for it to be easily donned and removed. The spring-loaded, stand-up dorsal D-rings making connections fast, easy and safe add to this, the firm say, adding that comfort is enhanced by the Delta™ comfort hip pad, which offers support to the back and hips reducing the potential for strain and injury.
Capital Safety also highlight that Delta™ Comfort harnesses can be adjusted easily to suit the physique of the wearer and the exclusive i-Safe™ system provides a digital way of recording and storing information on inspections.
Delta™ Comfort harnesses are part of the DBI-Sala range by Capital Safety and come in a range of sizes to accommodate a variety of users and can bear weights of up to 140kg.
